Item(s) can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, not including the cost of shipping. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange or return.
If there is an error on our end (incorrect, defective items, etc.), we will provide a return shipping label and correct the error at no cost to the customer.
To make a return, simply login to your account, view the order using the link under “my account,” and click the “return item(s)” button. If you did not create an account, email your request to email@example.com. You will receive email confirmation once we have received and processed your return.
Please allow 5-10 business days for all returns and refunds to process.
