An item may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, not including the cost of shipping. Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange or return.

Press the side button on the orbit, and your phone will ring and flash if it is within range. If the phone does not ring, it is out of range. Note: this function also works when the app is not running, but it can take longer for the orbit to connect to your phone. Additional help is available here.
To remove/change your dottie, turn over the piece of jewelry and locate the hole at the center of the jewelry’s underside. Using either the Lotti Dotties tool or another thin, pointed object, place the tip through the hole and against the back of the dottie, pressing gently so that it detaches.
When you place a new Dottie into your finding please make sure the base of the Dottie sits flush with the bottom of the finding. This will help prevent your Dottie from accidentally detaching and falling out. As with all silver-plated jewelry, tarnishing may occur over time. To keep your Dotties/findings looking their best , clean them with a dry polishing cloth. Please refrain from using liquid jewelry cleaners. These products strip the plating on all plated jewelry and cause permanent damage. We also encourage you to limit exposing your Dotties/findings to water (bathing, hand-washing, etc.) and never wear them into a pool or spa.

Bourbon & Bowties
All repairs are done through Bourbon and Bowties. According to their policy, all repairs for items purchased within the last six months are for free. Beyond that 6 month time period, the fee for bangles and beaded bracelets is $10 for the first to repairs and $1 for every other one that’s included in the shipment. Necklace repair fees start at $10 and rise to $15 depending on the nature of the repair. Repairs take two to three weeks.
Yes, both Bourbon and Bowties and Altruist offer jewelry in various sizes. If you see something on our site you would like ordered in a smaller or larger size, please send a photo to email@example.com. If we do not have it, but you still want it resized, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The fee for resizing is $10 for the first two, and $1 for each additional bangle.
